Thrilled to announce our collaboration with Tesat Spacecom GmbH, Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics (IHP), and Institut für Hochfrequenztechnik und Elektronik (IHE) from KIT on the groundbreaking ESCALAS project in satellite communication technology! Together, we’re developing a state-of-the-art self-calibrating analog Q/V-Band RF linearizer, reshaping the landscape of broadband predistortion for satellite applications. Leveraging advanced 0.13-μm SiGe BiCMOS technology from IHP, our innovative linearizer architecture promises enhanced linearity and reduced third-order intermodulation products, setting new standards in satellite communication.
