On April 2, 2025, we hosted our project meeting as part of ESCALAS (Enhanced Self CALibrating Amplifier components for Space) at the Institute of Robust Power Semiconductor Systems (ILH).
Together with our strong partners – German Aerospace Center (DLR), Tesat-Spacecom, Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics (IHP), and the KIT Institute for High-Frequency Technology and Electronics (IHE) – we are working on SiGe component development for self-calibrating RF modules in space applications. 🌍 🛰️📡
