This week, the "International Conference on Integrated Power Electronics Systems (CIPS)" was held in Berlin. ILH was represented by Prof. Kallfass and Kanuj Sharma, who contributed to the exciting conference program with the paper "Comparison of Different Methods for the Characterization of Online Junction Temperature of a Gallium-Nitride Power Transistor".
