Last week the IEEE Annual Power Electronics Exposition and Conference (APEC) took place in Long Beach/ California.
The ILH was represented by Ruben Schnitzler and Dominik Koch, who contributed to the conference programme with their publications "Gate-Source-Dependent Soft- and Hard-Switching Losses of 1200 V SiC MOSFETs Utilizing Heatsinkless Calorimetric Measurements based on Optical Sensors" and "PCB-Integrated Pickup-Coil for Overcurrent Detection in High-Current, Paralled GaN HEMTs". It was a great event to meet old friends and make new ones!
