From 05/22-23 to 05/25-23, the 11th International Conference on Power Electronics - ECCE Asia (ICPE2023) was held in Korea on sunny Jeju Island. ILH was represented by Kevin Muñoz Barón and Valentyna Afanasenko, who contributed to the conference program with their papers "Virtual Junction Temperature Estimation During Dynamic Power Cycling Tests" and "Hybrid Model of Power MOSFET for Soft Failures Estimation based on Time Domain Reflectometry and Machine Learning".
