The 10th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference (IPEMC 2024 / ECCE Asia) this year took place in Chengdu, China. The ILH team showcased two posters, contributing to insightful discussions and knowledge exchange within the power electronics community. Our topics included ML-based temperature and state of health monitoring for reliability testing of SiC-based devices.
