Last week the PCIM Europe 2024 took place in Nuremberg. The ILH was present with three conference contributions in the form of poster presentations by Oleksandr Solomakha ("Flexible Control System for Modular One-Phase Interleaved GaN-based Totem Pole PFC Using Real-Time Hardware"), Ruben Schnitzler ("Sub-5 Second Wide-Bandgap Power Device Calorimetric Measurements Utilizing Optical Sensors and Peltier Elements") and Kevin Muñoz Barón ("Realtime Junction Temperature Estimation in SiC Power Modules Based on Multiple TSEP Acquisition").
In addition, the ILH presented its own research work in the University Research Zone on Wednesday. Many thanks for the opportunity. Numerous doctoral candidates and students of the ILH also visited the trade fair on Wednesday.
We are already looking forward to PCIM 2025 again!

P.S. An article on our work in the field of characterization can also be found in the PCIM Magazine (page 28), which can be viewed here:  Link
