As part of the DFG project METERACOM we are investigating and optimizing circuit-level non-idealities of analog transmit and receive frontends for wireless THz communication systems and their influence on system-level signal quality.
With last week's tapeout a new set of Tx and Rx MMICs has been sent out for fabrication using the outstanding 35nm InGaAs mHEMT technology of our colleagues at FraunhoferIAF.
