We are pleased to inform you that our institute participated in the conference "47th Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuitsand 18th Expert Evaluation and Control of Compound Semiconductor Materials and Technologies WOCSDICE-EXMATEC 2024" in Heraklion, Crete.
Jeremy Nuzzo presented the topic "Application-Oriented Active Power Cycling of SiC MOSFET Power Modules with Multiple TSEP Acquisition". This conference combined the traditions of WOCSDICE and EXMATEC and provided a space for scientists and young researchers to exchange innovative ideas on compound semiconductor materials and devices.
