🔬Register today for our joint workshop together with dataTec and PMK about the advanced characterization of wide-bandgap semiconductors as well as debugging with EMI-scanners. The workshop is aimed at both newcomers and experienced engineers and scientists who are facing actual measurement challenges especially in the field of wide bandgap semiconductors.
