Our colleague Oleksandr Solomakha presented the ILH at the IEEE EUROCON 2023 conference (Turino, Italy) from 6-8.7 with the paper "Online Junction Temperature Estimation of Power Semiconductor Devices using Neural Network and Model-Based Design".
To train the neural network, we used a large set of synthesized data obtained from the digital twin of power electronics in different modes and taking into account changes in parameters under the influence of temperature.
Error in determining the junction temperature does not exceed 2.5 °С which is enough for using it in state-of-health monitoring systems.
