Next week we are represented with two papers at the International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD). The first contribution comes out of our ECPE Joint Research Programme project msPEBB and deals with "A 48 V, 300 kHz, High Current DC/DC-Converter Based on Paralleled, Asymmetrical & Thermally Optimized PCB Embedded GaN Packages with Integrated Temperature Sensor". The second one comes out of our MessLeha project and deals with "Determination of Hard- and Soft-Switching Losses for Wide Bandgap Power Transistors with Noninvasive and Fast Calorimetric Measurements".
We look forward to exchange ideas and present our newest results with other experts in the field of power devices and integrated circuit technology.
