From September 24-26, the IEEE Design Methodologies Conference (DMC) 2023 was held in Miami, Florida. The ILH was represented by Dominik Koch, Ruben Schnitzler and Jeremy Nuzzo. We contributed three papers on different topics to the conference program.
We presented a fully modular GaN test bench, a gate resistor optimization for a DC/DC converter, and a digital prototype GaN inverter with a realistic test cycle.
