Last week the 10th IEEE Workshop on Wide Bandgap Power Devices & Applications (WiPDA) took place in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ILH was represented by Manuel Rueß, who presented a monilithic Royer-IC in a 600 V GaN-on-SOI technology (supported by ASCENT+ and IMEC) and Dominik Koch, who showed the latest progress in low-noise GaN DC/DC converters for GaN solid-state power amplifier supplies in the frame of the MTT-Sat Challenge.
