Over the past decade the ILH RF group has developed a strong research focus on transceiver design for THz wireless communication and radar systems. Some outstanding experimental results are shown in the graphic. Shoutout to our colleagues at the Fraunhofer IAF for providing excellent InGaAs mHEMT technology!
