Last week a meeting of the project "Solid State Matchbox" (SSMB) took place at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen, where the ILH was represented by Mathias Weiser. The aim of the project is to set up an RF matching network using discrete silicon carbide power transistors. In the project, the ILH is responsible for the characterization of the transistors in the target application and, based on this, the creation of a transistor model to enable the accurate simulation of the target circuit. The ILH would like to thank all project partners for their excellent cooperation and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) for its financial support.
